We often write how special it is for us to film weddings for people we know prior to their wedding, and Juan & Lindsey are no exception! We actually met Juan at our church, and we got to know him well during an internship that we did together in 2013! Needless to say, it was extra fun to get to capture the day for him & Lindsey! Fun fact: Juan and Lindsey have a nickname for themselves-- "Juandsey" so for the rest of this post, that is how I will refer to them! ;)
Juandsey were married at Lindsey's family member's Almond farm in Live Oak. Their day started out with the guys hanging out at a nearby Bowling Alley, while the girls got ready at the home on the property. Just before the ceremony, the couple shared a super emotional first look, where Juan, in his sincereity, made everyone who witnessed his excitement join him in his tears. So precious! Juandsey's ceremony was officiated by their close friend, Tony, who did an excellent job sharing their story and their desire for Christ to be at the center of their marriage. Following the ceremony was a lively reception, filled with speeches, and lots of surprises for the couple! There were two surprise songs, (one by Juan to Lindsey & one by Lindsey's sister for the couple) and there was a bridal party flashmob to song Thriller, which included a fog machine! It was pretty epic!
All in all, Juan & Lindsey's wedding day was filled with so much love, laughter, tears & fun! We hope that you enjoy their film!
